Processing and Delivery
All orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours of purchase. All orders are delivered within 3 to 5 business days after shipment. Once your order leaves our facility, a tracking number will be sent to your email automatically.

Shipping Rates
Free shipping is available on all orders of $50 or more. Orders under $50 are subject to a standard shipping rate calculated at checkout.

Carriers
We ship with USPS, FedEx, and UPS depending on your location. Carrier selection is made automatically to help provide the fastest available delivery to your address.

Shipping Locations
We currently ship within the United States only. We do not ship to PO Boxes or military addresses at this time.

Delays
Once your order leaves our facility, delivery times are managed by the carrier. VetriPaws is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or circumstances outside our control. If your order is significantly delayed, contact us and we will do everything we can to help.

Lost or Missing Orders
If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, contact us within 7 days at info@vetripaws.com and we will help resolve it.
