SUBSCRIPTION POLICY
By enrolling in a VetriPaws subscription you agree to recurring billing at the frequency you selected at checkout. Your payment method will be charged automatically on each renewal date until you cancel.
BILLING Your first charge occurs at the time of purchase. Subsequent charges are processed automatically on the same date each billing cycle. You will receive an email reminder before each renewal.
CANCELLATION You may cancel your subscription at any time by emailing info@vetripaws.com before your next billing date. Cancellations made after an order has already been processed are subject to our standard 30-day return policy.
MODIFYING YOUR SUBSCRIPTION To change your product, quantity, or delivery frequency contact us at info@vetripaws.com at least 48 hours before your next billing date and we will make the update for you.
FAILED PAYMENTS If a payment fails we will attempt to process it again within 3 business days. If the second attempt fails your subscription will be paused until valid payment information is provided.
REFUNDS ON SUBSCRIPTION ORDERS Subscription orders are eligible for our 30-day money back guarantee on the first order of each product. Subsequent subscription orders are not eligible for a refund but may qualify for store credit at our discretion.
