We trust that you will love our products, but if you are not satisfied for any reason, contact us within 30 days of your purchase date and we will make it right. How to Request a Refund

Email info@vetripaws.com within 30 days of purchase and include your order number. Approved refunds are processed within 2 to 3 business days. Please allow up to 30 days to receive your refund. No product return is required unless specifically requested.

Eligibility

This policy applies only to products purchased directly through VetriPaws.com. If you purchased through a third-party retailer such as Amazon or any other marketplace, please refer to their return policy. Products received more than 30 days ago are no longer eligible for a refund, but we always welcome your feedback. Orders shipped to an address provided incorrectly by the customer are not eligible for a free replacement or refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact info@vetripaws.com within 7 business days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

Subscription Orders

Subscriptions may be canceled at any time before the next billing date to avoid future charges. Orders already processed remain covered under the standard refund policy above.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 10 business days. Depending on your financial institution, posting times may vary.
