Every VetriPaws order is backed by our 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, contact us within 30 days of your purchase date and we will help make it right.
How to Request a Refund
Email info@vetripaws.com within 30 days of purchase and include your order number. Approved refunds are processed within 2 to 3 business days. No product return is required unless specifically requested.
Eligibility
Orders placed within the last 30 days are eligible under our refund policy. If refunds are limited to certain order types, this must be clearly disclosed sitewide wherever the guarantee is advertised to avoid customer confusion.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact info@vetripaws.com within 7 business days of delivery. We will review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
Subscription Orders
Subscriptions may be canceled at any time before the next billing date to avoid future charges. Orders already processed remain covered under the standard refund policy above.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 2 to 3 business days. Depending on your financial institution, posting times may vary.
